On my way home, needed a fast meal...called Wood Dale Domino's they have a Carry-Out Special Large three-topping pizza for $7.99, Monday through Thursday. Got large thin crust and it was very tasty! And Alex taking my order via my speaker phone was Awesome even though I changed my order three time he talked me though it and was super pleasant...so I had to ask his name :)

Went to this location, placed my order. Was asked no less than 3 times in a 10 minute span what I had ordered. Got home and discovered one of the pizzas was wrong. I don't know how it is possible to mess up an order when it is repeated to you several times. On top of that, employees were singing and not paying attention to customers. Horrible experience.

Ordered two pizzas and cheesy bread for delivery. A little more than an hour later we called to check how the progress was going. They said it was on the way. I understand being busy and delays, but our food arrived cold. The cheesy bread was dry and tasted like it was a day old. I used to be the one defending dominos. I no longer can disagree with people who put down the quality of their food.

Worst place ever. Ordered a pizza for carry out and they gave us the wrong pizza which we realized when we got home. I don't eat pork and the pizza had sausage so I couldn't eat it. We called the dominos and they said they could send us the correct pizza but would charge us for delivery ( which I thought was completely wrong). We finally got a cold pizza delivered 4 hours later. Every time we called for an update we were told that all their drivers are busy and they'll get to our order as soon as they can. Stopped going to this dominos after that day.

wow i cant believe all of the negative reviews. I have only ordered online and it is so fast and easy. I rediscovered Dominos a few months ago,my mom ordered from Dominos Pizza 20 years ago when it was just pizza, and it was ok but doughy. Now they have so many choices. The thin crust is the best, so thin and crispy. online ordering is the way to go, super fast and it is always correct, probably cause its in writing, and verbal orders tend to get transposed. this is definitely my new go to place for pizza!
